Organised by the Worshipful Company of Poulters
in association
with The Cook & The Butler, the pancake races are run every year
on Shrove Tuesday in the London Guildhall Yard.
The Cook &
The Butler were asked by the committee to provide the catering at
the prestigious City Food Lecture 2009 which we are delighted to do
and also be appointed as one the event's distinguished sponsors.
“This is a prestige event in the City of London calendar when seven of
the major food Livery Companies meet at the historic Guildhall to
discus a range of important issues, and I am delighted to offer my
company's support, both to the lecture and to my Livery Company, The
Worshipful Company of Cooks.”
Mark Grove, Managing Director.
The Cook & The Butler's chef
Jean Deillon is
interviewed on national television and TC&TB director
